E-commerce Encounters is the physical and visual output of a people-centric study that talks openly to shoppers about their likes, loves, loathes about digital retail. Over the past 12 months I've been talking to shoppers around the world, in sixteen countries and across six continents to discover why they shop the way they shop. Along the way I have uncovered insights and patterns in their behaviour that are important lessons for designers, brand managers and retailers.
